**Answer:**  

Please check if your phone has **Face ID (or facial recognition unlock)** enabled. If so, try **turning it off** and record the video again. Some devices may experience playback issues when Face ID is active during recording.

### ❓ 2. Where are the recorded videos stored?


**Answer:**  

To copy your recorded videos, connect your phone to your PC via USB cable and navigate to the following folder:  

`/storage/emulated/0/Movies/Secret Video Recorder`


👉 For important videos, we recommend **backing them up** or **uploading to Google Drive** to prevent data loss.
